Hi Kanadian,

I have RFE which i have responsded on the 27th Dec, received by TSC on 27Th Dec, case status updated on 28th. I also saw a LUD on 29th. I didnt see one on 30th. Does this pattern indicative of something ? Since u have been following up with all the LUD's i guess u have a some methodolgy to guess the progress on the case. Have a happy new year and pray for you approval soon.

according to general pattern your approval is around the corner and can happen any day so good luck.

well hope you will get first, I will have some hope when they stop changing my LUD....I think LUD change means that they are still going through the file and updating their system to process the case...we good luck and hopefully you will good new within few days......How hard it is to pass this time no one would ever understand other than folks who are in this situation.
 
Hi Kanadian,

Yes i am totally consumed by this RFE and LUD's. Can get anything else done till this finishes one way or another. Hope 2005 brings us all some good luck.

140,485 Pending

485 RFE issued (ability to pay) - Nov2004
485 RFE response received - Dec 21, 2004
LUD on 485 - 12/21, 12/23, 12/27
no changes since then...anxious wait continues!!

Same situation!!

Hi guys,
I am in the same situation. My rfe was received on 12/22, LUD changed till 12/30 and stopped.

Good to know that Kanadian's LUD changed today.

I am feeling depressed and sick of check the case stutus every hour!! :( :(

LUD didn't Change for me and my wife today 1/4

so now my case is in "LUD stop" mode, whatever the heck this means :)

Approved Guys, help us out here...

My LUD changes are similar to some of the folks like kanadian, Tanjar etc.

After RFE was received by USCIS, LUD changed on 22,23,27 and 28th.. and stopped.
Similarly in my wife's case, after rfe was received, LUD changed on 19, 20, 3 and 4th(today).

Again approved guys, can anyone explain if you experienced the same!. It is really frustrating.. :(

ZSUJ, correct me if I am wrong but I dont think he got approved yet...his LUD stopped like mine today but no approvals yet

NO my case is not yet approved. I was calling on the guys who got their approval after experiencing the same phenomenon as some of us are currently experiencing.
