This is a new thread for those who have filed 485 at TSC and 140 at a different Service centre. Mine I-140 in VSC - Aug\'1999 I-485 in TSC - Dec\'1999 1FP - Mar\'2000 2FP - Dec\'2001 Please update this thread if in same situation.

don\'t change address its better not to change address if your going to boston. since it comes under VSC. it safe only to change address if you r moving inside TSC region. otherwise things might get messed up since TSC will transfer the case to VSC. give some friends address in TX region...

contact your attorney i feel its better to contact your attorney and get a medical report from a INS doctor regarding your skin problem.

you will get FP notice within a month

485 is slow TSC is very slow in 485. Go for CP after checking with your attorney. Does anybody know how is the CP in chennai??

srinivinod and fam srinivinod , did you get the RFE yet?? fam - my 140 was also done in VSC?? did u get an RFE?? My AVM said RFE was sent to you on FEb/08 and me nor my attorney recevied it. but suddenly now its saying we received a reply to RFE on Feb\'26. this is driving me nuts...
