I-140 approved at TSC for CP at chennai on 03/12/02

Hi Gurus,

My I-140 has been approved (at TSC for CP at chennai) on 03/12/02. I need to choose between I-485 or CP. Can you guys give me an idea about the general trend these days for I-485 at TSC regarding Time Frame for FP and approval and also for RFE\'s.

485 is slow

TSC is very slow in 485.
Go for CP after checking with your attorney.
Does anybody know how is the CP in chennai??
 
Depends on your job. If you can work on for another 1-2 years without

any problems then you can go for 485. CP is suitable for people who wants to stay in India for couple of months and for those you have off shore offices in India. Even I had the same dilemma, but I choose 485 than CP. Call some friends in your area and find out how long it will take for CP then make a decision.
