There can be no other reason.Your file has been lost.They do not have your paper documents, only an entry on their network, so they keep issuing you EADs.

Did you talk to IIO ? What did they Say? and What your USELESS lawyer says about it... "Just keep on giving my fees and wait"

Slow? I got my GC from TSC in two years flat.PD:01/12/00.AD:01/24/02

My plastic card took 22 days to arrive after stamping.

Just waiting, waiting....
No use of calling IIO. Every time I call, I get different reply. Recent answer was " if your case somewhow got mixed with the new cases then it might take unknow time to process". That verifies, there is no processing order.
 
Nope TSC is dead slow

My RD/ND was 9-99/10-99. Case got approved on March 14. Got passport stamped...
One thing I used to send faxes almost twice a week on top of calling and contacting senators etc.
I got 2 replies one was they are looking and another one that my case is with officer.
Please keep on faxing them.

can you please help me in one more thing

I tried sending several faxes to the TSC and also conducted the senators and congressman. Nothing was in my luck. Now again I will send fax to the director. I tried searching for the format in this site but for some reason I couldn\'t get that. can you please give the link for that format.

As you said I tried the fax directly to the director and it worked. I got my case approved on the 1st of April. First of all I would like to say this ID that I am using now PatienceGC is not actually my id. When I tried to send the message the other day without loggin in it sent the message with this id. I don\'t know how. And because its been a long time since i wrote with my id I completely forgot my id and password. Well any way its after a long wait that I got my case approved. Went yesterday to the local INS and got mine and my spouse\'s passport stamped.

My case details:

TSC
PD - 08/97
RD - 08/99
ND - 10/99
FP(1) 2/00
FP(2) 11/01
Got 2 APs
Got 3 EADs
Was ready to apply for 4th EAD
contacted Senators, Congressman and the IIO\'s many times.
Sent faxes several times.
Sent 1 on 3/27/02 directly to the Director.
Got approval on 4/01/02. Really don\'t know whether that worked or not.
Called recently the IIO. said will know the result within 30 to 45 days.
Changed jobs after 6 months. Well actually after 2 years of 485 application.
No RFEs.
