I just got email notice that both 485 cases of my husband and me have been approved.
Here is my case info to share with you:
I-140 RD: Oct. 2003
I-485 RD: Feb. 2004
FP: June, 2004
I-140 approval: April 14, 2005
I-485 approcal: May 9, 2005.

My husband got his 485-based EAD last year but has never used it for work - he got H-1B.
Now we both plan to apply for EAD. My question is what we should do with his previous EAD? How long is EAD valid for? Anyway, by the time he may need to use EAD, his previous one must have expired...

Shouldn't I submit my residence address in the AR-11? Do you mean I can change my I-485 address with the INS to the PO Box?
