Thanks for your reply Shilling. I was actually referring to the receipt notice processing dates that USCIS has been publishing every week (Friday or Monday) due to the front log of cases waiting to be entered into the system and receipted.

You can still get the tracking number by calling Fedex; they will give you a bit of a hard time but be persistent and they will look it up by where you shipped from (Fedex location), where to, and your name. I was in the same boat and they pulled out my record and faxed me the proof of receipt...

I did but the USCIS customer service rep number is a central number and they don't have very specific info for each service center. They said it should be okay if Fedex says that.
