Hi, My RD is aug 10 & ND is sep 26. I have to go to india for my brother marriage on may 25, i have AP until oct 2002. Since i have been to india 3 yrs back, i would like to stay there for atleast a month. So can any shed some light if i can go to india.

I ment If i come early or after her, i can use my h1, since it\'s valid. If i come with her to usa & if i show my h1 & if my wife shows her AP to ins guy, will the ins guy understand the situation.

Hi, I have to go to india for 2 months & my ap is still valid for 6 months. My question is what if my GC is approved when i\'m in india, will i be allowed to enter usa. Any suggestions would be appretiated. Thanks.
