Approved on MAY 24 but have a problem, help please

rd july 2\'nd week, fp dec 2\'nd week, eac 01-26*******.
but problem is my spouse is in india, on AP & I\'m going to india next week & my tic are confirmed. I have valid h1 until 2002 dec & AP until nov 2002. Now should i just go for stamping before going to india or should i come back on ap or h1 & get it stamped.Any suggessitions . Thanks in advance for all your help.

My Friend Got approved when his wife and child was in India last month. He got his passport stamped before he left ; after his arrival his wife got her stamping. She used here APat POE , and of course, my friend had his Stamping.

Your H1B is invalid the moment your I-485 gets approved. Hence, you
need to get your passport stamped before you travel.

If your I-485 is approved, when you are not in USA, you
can enter USA using AP and get your passport stamped.

So, don\'t travel without getting your passport stamped.

Since you are going to India next week, is it possible to get ur passport stamped before that??..just call INS or talk to ur lawyer.
If u are not able to get it stamped, I think u can use your AP.
