Depends on which EAC number u gave. My 2 Cents: 1.)FP EAC Number is different from the one INS Gave me. 2.)If you check ur FP EAC number then it will say approved means that the FP notice has been sent 3.)You have to look for your I485 EAC and get that APPROVED. GC Have Gc Be MerrY

From AVM, it is today 01/14 I called IIO last Tuseday and was told they were going to issue RFE. But til today I heard from AVM 01/14 is the issue letter date.

Me and my spouse both got RFE (Feb 01 case). IIO tols me that they were sending request for "initial evidence". The AVM says request for "extra evidence". Can anybody who has got RFE got the same message from AVM?
