A lot of us are having to go through this, unfortunately. :( We sent RFE response to VSC which they got on 3/24/05. LUD every day until the 30th and then no updates. :( Already did FP on 3/15, LUD on 485 on 3/18 but not message change.

Same thing here. :( The EAD application (concurrent filing in Novembre of 2004) is stuck because they sent an RFE for the I-140 (according to VSC's customer service department)... it's been almost 7 weeks now and after the initial 4-5 LUD updates, everything went quiet.... Not sure why...

Same thing for me. The LUD changed for a week straight up till 03/30/05 and then everything went silent. :( Last update said: It's an EB3 case.

I recieved an RFE for my I-140 asking to submit tax documents and a copy of an experience letter. When I filed my LC, no other applicants came forward for the position -- do I still need to send in an experience letter or can I simply submit a letter stating that there was no job competition?

According to the last update on the uscis site, VSC was doing Oct 28th on Jan 6th. Has anyone that has an ND of November (1st of 2nd week) gotten an approval /denial yet?

I'm not sure what's normal with the uscis. Another person whose application was filed on Nov 8th got their reciept by Nov 23rd.
