I got exactly same RFE for my wife, but if was for her AP. I sent my I-140 and merrige certificate. for my daughter I sent my I-140 and her birth certificate.

2nd finger print I an not Anand Jain, but he is my friend. If you notice he had a RFE and that was in fact for 2nd finger print. So he had his 2nd finger printing done last in the last month. Sudhesh

How about ISN Immigrants Support Network (www.ISN.org) few years back they were very active about Employment based immigration. How about initiating a dialoge with them to take up our issue.
