Got 45 day letter finally ! Hey Indio and all, I finally got 45 day letter 2 days back and the response was sent yesterday. Now, it is in the NON-RIR que, who knows when DBEC will start processing NON-RIR cases ? My PD is Oct 2003 NON-RIR EB2, Enterject case.

Hi All, If the PERM Ad says "BS + 5 yrs" only and does not say "MS + 0 yrs", but the everything else like title, salary, etc. is ok for EB2, will this case be still eligible for EB2 at I 140 stage? Or is it necessary for the ad to say " MS+0 or BS+5" ? Thanks !

Guys, I know three cases who have got 45 day letter and their cases had been to Enterject. So, we have to wait till Dec-Jan to see the 45 day letter.

Hi Indio, Did your friend's case make it to regional or not ? Looks like they are just approving only RIR and totally ignored NON RIR cases, in fact, it should be the other way round, in NON RIR, the cases are atleast following their own given instructions by DOL.. :mad: .

I think the idea for blue colour for PERM LC is that at I 140 stage for USCIS to know which LC is from PERM and which one is from BEC, so they can process BEC application faster...!

If we look at the BEC Tracker, there are cases from Dec2004, which have made it to Regional from State in 15 days time ! Whereas cases, for example in Texas, have been rotting in State for >2 years with no progress !!

Indio, As the 45 day letter is generated only after COMPLETE data entry, so I don't expect it till this year end. They may have done the brief data entry, so we may have the T number, which is known only if anybody has sent email request for extension. Anyway, NON RIR que is still at 2001, so...
