PERM Ad says BS+5 only, no MS+0, is it still EB2 ?

Hi All,

If the PERM Ad says "BS + 5 yrs" only and does not say "MS + 0 yrs", but the everything else like title, salary, etc. is ok for EB2, will this case be still eligible for EB2 at I 140 stage?
Or is it necessary for the ad to say " MS+0 or BS+5" ?

It is ok if the word in the AD put to make sure 2 points:
. 5 years is after BS degree
. progressive experience
If not, that is EB3.

I am trying to make HR put in the word "MS + 0 OR BS +5 " ie. to mention 5 yrs of progressive experience.
