You might want to do another I-140 with the new company name OR you can wait and see if INS issues and RFE e.g. for pay stubs in which case you can file pay stubs for new company with legal crap about "successor-of-interest" (see your lawyer to understand what this term means).

Thats sounds reasonable because I too have signed every document on behalf of my US-born kid e.g State ID form, Passport form and also on the US Passport itself.

Well...They have actually touched and approved my Jan 2000 case. Here are some causes of delay. If they do not apply to you, you should have some answer in 3-4 months (my guess).
1. EB3 India/China
2. Different company names on I-140 and I-485
3. FP messed up.

If I remember correctly I-134 says that you have to provide supporting documents (like the ones you mentioned), but I definitely did not provide any, except tax returns (copies of 1040s) for the last 3 years.
