Hi Gurus,
For the 485 Application how to get a child\'s signature. My son is 2 years old and what should I do.
Please help. Post if your child had an aplication.

You or spouse should sign for your kids, if they are minor,
because I did similar. my daughter is 7 years she signed on her
485 papers, but my lawyer did not accept, later I signed on behalf .

Thats sounds reasonable because I too have signed every document on behalf of my US-born kid e.g State ID form, Passport form and also on the US Passport itself.
