That's what I'm not sure why my lawyer told me. There's just too much interpretations to keep track of. :confused: Anyway, what will an inquiry do? Will that trigger CIS to at least grab the case from a dusty shelf and put it on the table to collect more dust? :rolleyes: j

no RFE Oh yes, I've seen people getting approved with no RFE. I'm more curious if anyone got approved without 2nd FP.

Got RFE with no 2nd FP Just heard from one of my friend over the weekend that he got an RFE but no 2nd FP Did anyone got approval with this scenerio? Just curious. INS is so screwed up.

RE: NO 2nd FP Sounds like this whole ordeal has become a lottery event. Either you are lucky and get pick or unlucky and wait for a long long time. WAC-02-105

Hey all My ead renewal application was rejected because of incorrect fee. ISn't it $120? j

My application was sent back to me for the following reason. "Please sumit a check or money order with corrected written guarantee amount" Does anyone know what that means? I've sent a check for $120 and payable to INS in my application. Thanks

AP renewal the_dream Did u apply the AP yourself? If so, can u give me a checklist of the documents needed to file. Also, do you write on the form or do you have to type it out? Thanks j
