I-485 RFEs

I am curios to know if anyone's 485 has been approved recently without an RFE being issued. Or are they issuing RFEs for every single one?

Oh yes, I've seen people getting approved with no RFE.
I'm more curious if anyone got approved without 2nd FP.

Thanks for your reply. You raise a good question about the 2nd FP. My first one was in September 2002. Since then, I've recd 2 EADs and APs but have not recd a 2nd FP notice. I was reading on one of the threads some time back that they may not issue a 2nd FP notice at all.
