Yes i received 2nd FP notice 1st week in January. the notice was dated for the 22nd January but i went for the fp on 9th of January. My online status still has not changed though.

Sounds like this whole ordeal has become a lottery event.
Either you are lucky and get pick or unlucky and wait for a long long time.
