On Mar 26th, online message changed to RFE sent. The same message for both me and my wife.

No 2nd FP yet...1st FP done on May 4th 2002.

Will let you know once i receive the RFE notice. I am going to start preparing the usual RFE stuff.
 
Got RFE with no 2nd FP

Just heard from one of my friend over the weekend that he got an RFE but no 2nd FP

Did anyone got approval with this scenerio? Just curious.
INS is so screwed up.

Online message shows that I received RFE on 03/26/04. I haven't received it yet. Will I receive the RFE or will my attorney receive the documents of RFE?

I will update as soon as I know what has been asked.
 
Yesterday i received 2nd FP notice, not RFE. Online message says RFE sent but i received 2nd FP notice.
I moved to boston and keeping my CA friend address. So i have asked him to send the FP notice to me and planning to go to
Boston for FP.

Will it be OK?. or i should go to San Jose for FP. Please give your suggestion and anyone have done this and got approval without transfer.
