    H1B or AP to enter back into country

    I am in similar situation. Working on H1B. Stamp of passport - expired H4. Have EAD and approved AP. I need to travel to india . IF I use AP will my H1B be still valid when i return? if yes, can someone point me to relevant memo/law anything? Appreciate your help.

    I wanted to do the same . However, Rules have changed this year. The ITIN can only be applied alongwith your own Tax returns. Also As I read the rules, unless the parents are resident (for tax purpose) you can not claim it.

    has anyone received EAD card at the new address

    I recieved it at my new address. The address on the envelope was my old address and it was forwarded by USPS. This is even after filing AR-11 and informing BCIS on phone and via postal mail.
