    I need advice regarding Naturalization

You'd better check with Fedex first. They may have a policy, restricting from sending passports overseas. Since you've already applied for it, you can't re-apply from outside the U.S. at the consulate.

Just submitted N-400 but will be abroad during the Naturalization Process

try a common sense check. If any applicant was given an option to pick the DO they can apply in... What would have happen to the USCIS processing? You send your application to one of the hubs (AZ or TX) and they forward it to the DO assigned to your address.

No chance for immigration. The Federal law does not recognize it. Visiting is the simplest option, but it has nothing to do with the partnership.

    US citizenship name change

Judge approves your name change during the oath ceremony in court. If the ceremony is held once a month, and have 100 seats available, while there are 500 people in the line... You got the idea. On a bright side, you don't have to pay $x00 for the name change, unlike regular citizens.

Citizenship eligible but spouse's I-485 still pending- what to do?

They will pull out her old case when receive the new I-485 application. Nobody can say for sure, because it depends on the interviewing officer AND it's a rare situation.

Citizenship eligible but spouse's I-485 still pending- what to do?

Guess what will happen if they kick back the new I-485 for any reason (check bounced by a mistake, missing signature, lack of documentary support, etc). Not to mention, when sent via USPS (which they always do), it may come up with a whole bunch additional risks. Again, this is unlikely, but...

Citizenship eligible but spouse's I-485 still pending- what to do?

I personally wouldn't play such a game with USCIS. It may (highly unlikely though, but still) turn out really bad if she gets caught working illegally while the new I-485 is pending. if she manages to accrue IP, she'd better stay in U.S. untill finally approved, even with an approved AP.

Citizenship eligible but spouse's I-485 still pending- what to do?

Well, it may be a bit more complicated, if your wife is working. From the moment when her EB3 I-485 gets rejected (along with EAD), she's not eligible to work until she gets another EAD based on her new IR I-485, which can take a month or two. Also she may accrue some illegal presence in the...

I am sure you had told them more than what you shared here. That's why the answers differ. However, if you didn't break your intent to work for the sponsor after you had been granted PR status, you generally should be ok. Again, if you share more details, my answer may change as well. You...

of course. It's a government issued photo ID. That's correct. ICE raids in those areas are quite targeted and racial profiled. Yes, you can potentially be approached by ICE agent and asked to confirm your citizenship. The worst case scenario, they will hold you a couple of hours in order to...

    Form N-400, Section 10 Part D

Until you go to the court, 17- yes, 18-no. If you found guilty in the court, then 18 - yes. If innocent or deferred judgement or any other delay - no. The issue is that IO may want to see this violation fully addressed (and paid if applicable) by the court before you get approval.

    FOIA request

It's a safe procedure. Speaking of 5 years. USCIS may rescind the permanent resident status within 5 years, if they find out they made a mistake in adjudicating the file. However, if you wilfully misrepresented the facts on your application in order to gain immigration benefits, this 5 year...

There may be various reasons for the delay, besides their slowness. The most obvious one is your FBI name check is not cleared yet. If you are concerned, try and send them a request online or schedule an infopass. They will tell you what's going on.
