Seems that there are much more RIR cases pending on DOL than Non-RIR.

I queried into those database and did some research. The unfortunitely thing is that those files only includes the cases that has been transfered to Region before it reached the BEC. Take a look where you are according to your PD.

If this is true, a disgusted thing might be that DOL will take another couple of year to set up another BPC(might called TEXAS or something else) with new FIFO to centerize the backlog processing in Phily and Dallas to balance the unfair between them. Hope this stupid idea won't or will happen...
