    My 485 is not for CP, I am confused, Can you please explain in detail. I think, If I140 applied for AOS, it should not go to Chennai consulte. As per my knowledge, only it for CP cases. Any Info, please post. please explain in detail, why INS is sending I-140 to consulates. Thanks

    RFE from VSC

    140 is crusial stage for EB2. many people get RFE. If you send all documents this time, you will get approval soon. I have seen many of my friends who applied in EB2 got RFE for degree evaluation, or experience. I dont know about company financial statements. Goodluck

    You have to start over, BUT you could use priority date You could use your priority date when you file your new GC. ask your lawyer for details.
