Not likely.....
It doesn't seem to be like that. EADs are approved regardless of this FBI namecheck. See my signature.......I'm one of them. It's just that EAD processings are delayed recently by flood of applications to TSC. My renewal EAD application also took almost 2 months to be approved...
Small good news....
My 2nd EAD was approved today. I am waiting for the card. How pitiful I am to be happy with just E.A.D.!!!! Well, I'm glad at least about this since it is now taking longer than it used to be to get this EAD approved by TSC....
My wait still goes on......
Did you happened to see an LUD for EAD/AP?
I am also waiting for my 2nd EAD approval, but this time it is taking longer than the last time. Did you get any LUD before the approval of your EAD/AP?
Been to the infopass today.....
I have been to the infopass today. It was another waste of my time. The same status, the same answer....."Your case is still under review....... there is nothing for USCIS to do......blablabla.....".
It is exhausting..... I was thinking of going with WOM on...
I'm still here, too.
My wife's case is approved. She actually already is applying for a citizenship (U.S.Army). However, mine is stuck to the name check.
don't worry.....
I wouldn't worry a bit if I were you. You are already there (almost). As long as you receive the approval notice (I-797) for your spouse, you could go to regional USCIS center for stamping on the passport after 30 days. With that stamp on the passport, one can live and travel...
Congratulations & a question....
Contratulations!!!! You can enjoy your freedom.....
I have a question, though. I thought that USCIS would not approve any more cases (including previous pending cases like ours) until the coming October. However, since we have your approval, it might not be...
No & no.
You don't need employer's signature for the renewal of EAD and AP because I-485 is your application, not your employer's. However, you should not change your employer until your I-140 is approved. AC21 portability is applicable only after your I-140 is approved and I-485 is more than 6...
How frustrating........
Now all of us are stuck until October.....even people who used to have the current PDs (EB2, EB1). I don't understand how exactly this rush of applications yesterday make all other previously-filed application stuck. It simply means that USCIS is not going to work on any...
The Real Thing Which Scares Me Is.....
that now we could be out of EAD or AP status before our renewal EAD/AP applications get approved because if I submit my I-765 even this month, I will have no gaurantee that I will get it approved before the expiration date of my current EAD (which is...
Congratulations!!!!!
A lot!!! Eventhough it's a little bit late, though.....:)
I hope you to enjoy your freedom from now on. So, you are graduating from this from, huh? I also feel sorry that I will be missing you here. Stop by whenever you have chance.
It seems like we are getting some...
Please provide us with your signature information....
It will enable us to read through your situation much better. Go to 'UserCP' and edit your signature as others have on their postings. Also, provide the info as detail as possible about your previous history (I mean, before your last trial)...
Of course, my wife was a primary applicant.
That's why she got approved while I didn't. If the primary applicant get stuck with NC, secondary applicants also don't get approved eventhough their NCs are already cleared.
That's what I wanted to say.....
We used to have some bursts of approvals periodically (like the last one on Feb.), but we haven't had another for the last two months. As other guys here mentioned, TSC might have been flooded by transfer cases from VSC/CSC.
