    indigo I did not receive my EAD/AP yet. But as per AVM, EAD has been approved. Did not check status of AP.

    EAD I am also waiting for EAD. RD-06/26 ND-09/14 I am not planning to use EAD now. So I can wait. I think you can get EAD from local INS office same day. So, why worry about EAD?

    No Title Yeah me too. I have RD 27 Apr and ND 11 July. As usual VSC continues to works randomly and not first in first out basis. Pray and hope for the best.

    No Title FPs are generally sent out by location. And INS never works with the philosophy of First in First Out (FIFO). I am in the same boat too. My RD is 27 Apr and ND is 11 Jul. BTW which area are you from?

    No need to wait for 485 receipt to get EAD. Fedex confirmation is enough

    No Title But I heard that one has to wait for 90 days after filing it. How can you get it with in 2-3 days? This is surprising!!!!!!

    It seems this is fake message My RD is 27 Apr and ND is 11 July. It is not possible to have such an earlier ND for 27 Apr RD.

    r2b Here is what I have heard from people (You should confirm this with your lawyer)- You can go ahead with your vacation.. if you miss the expected FP date, you can schedule it in next 2 months on a perticular day of the week. But 5 months time seems to be too long to make INS wait.

    Be patient Be patient guys. Dont call IIOs every day. They work in some groups. Some groups are fast and some are slow. That is why you guys see the date difference. We all are going to get our FP notice and approval.
