If you can get it from your attorney or his assistantwho filed it is one way. You know your job responsibilities and also you have H1B petition,so a good lawyer can read those and make out.

Your H status is valid till you donot use your EAD;so applying for EAD wont affect H1 status.

Joey You should apply for an EAD ASAP,there is no harm in it (You can use it in rainy days).You can apply through you lawyer or yourself too (form I-765). Can you give us more details which service center etc. your case is in.

prevailing wage ? when you say prevailing wage : do u mean salary on LC/I-140 or wage for a job title as done during LCA (during H1B). AC21 doesnot talk about matching wages with LC or I-140 to my knowledge.
