Really in a bad situation gurus pl. help

I need to use AC21 to change my employer (he threatens now and then), I have I-140 approval letter and I-485 receipt. I dont have my Labour approval and not sure about occupational code used.My employer is not co-operative and is not going to give labour approval copy. How do i proceed with AC21 ?

Gurus please shed some light.

If you can get it from your attorney or his assistantwho filed it is one way.

You know your job responsibilities and also you have H1B petition,so a good lawyer can read those and make out.

first find a same or similar job join the new employer ( ask him if he will give you a letter for permanent job offer once you join him)

you do not need to provide AC21 letter or Intent change immidiatly. relax .

once you join new employer hire your new Lawyer and he/she will help you to write the letter

if your have compleate H1B petition I-129 that was submited to INS for your H1b it has your job duties, try to get that from lawyer of employer.
Your new lawyer will be able to get copy of your all the documents (LC, I-140) from your company lawyer. Ask the new lawyer before you hire him/her. Rajiv S Khanna can do it and Sheela Murthy can do it. Contact them with your problem.
