it says in the chinese thing that 1999 cases only were approved,but that immigration lawyers website and also bibli and another posting stated cases of 2000 and 2001 :confused: being approved....so it doesnt add up

Hello friend looks like right now there will be no order in approvals or sending 45 day letter. Only after all data entry is done it will be in order....Till then it looks like random approvals and 45 day letter....

yes i agree with the above poster.rahul@DC can u find the PD of the labor approvals if at all possible.it will put so many minds at ease.

Hi RahulatDC, Can you post wether this is RIR or Non RIR cases? Can you post little bit more information? Something is not in order cannot judge FIFO, LIFO, FILO... If the above is true then i guess there are many complex queues based on state, profession, RIR etc., Will be helpful if...

there are many posts that people have received NOFs and approvals of very early cases.Has anyone heard any approvals or NOFs for 2002 PD cases?

Looks like the first approval from BEC...This confirms 100% they started processing. This approval is from DALLAS BEC.

someone mentioned on these forums that 300 NOFs and labor approvals were sent out last week,i was hoping there would be atleast 1 approval for anyone on these forums,so far no luck.....i am wondering if that information is true or not a worried shaaka

just a thought after drafting the letter we can set up centers in like 10 or 15 places thoughtout the usa and people closeby can drive up and sign it.for a center in atlanta can get signs from the carolinas ,gerogia, tenneessee,alabama.In this way we can obtain hundreds of signatures.A 3 or 4...

BEC Update from orissa -- Is this possible? 1- We are still sending 45 days continuation letters. 2- When we will see some results? I can't give you a time frame for that, but we are working hard for it. 3- If your 45 days letter has been replied, soon decision will be mailed...

Thanks orissa. This is great news...I have a question on point 5? 5- We have thirty thousand cases pending of 2001, currently we are sending decision letter. Then we will move to 2002 and 2003 so on. Does this mean they started approving 2001 cases already in bec? I am confused....

How people are getting substitute labor?. All my hope on my current labor (Jul 2002 PD, SFO, RIR EB2) is lost. I am desperate in searching for subsitute labor...Any ideas anybody or any experience candidate share some thoughts about getting one....
