Don't worry, I'm still there to keep you company. My 2 colleagues are on their way to GC. One of them is a Canadian citizen, so he won't have any problems. The other will be held up by the retrogression!
marlon,
There is only one problem in India, which doesn't exist in the US. Age. Youngsters in their 20s can get jobs easily in India, I never had a problem when I was, even in a non computer field.
That field (DOB) should be elimainated from all employemnt forms in India!
FIFO is a hoax!
DBPC is not processing by FIFO!
My colleagues PD was 2 months later than mine, and we got the 45 day letters on the same day.
Yesterday he got his LC approval!
So much for FIFO.
Fee-fi, fo fum .....
Thanks Paradkar,
But now there is a new problem! At 11:00 AM this morning, the appointment calendar showed 15th March (only one day was green). Now (3:15 PM) it shows August and 4 or 5 days green!!
Help!!! :(
Last year the vfs website had a scrollable appointment calendar, and one could select any date that was open. This year it shows only current month, not scrollable, and only one date shown. I plan to go with family on 12 May, and was looking for appointment on 15th May. I've already paid the...
I saw that my record was not updated for several months, hence I presumed that we had to individually update it, though initially I understood that Justwatching was doing the updates.
Sorry if has got messed up. My humble apologies. :(
I must have posted my message in the BEC tracker thread.
My lawyer received the 45-day letter on 01/26/06 (red letter day!) and replied on the same day for continuation.
The colleague of mine who got his 45 DL in September 05, has not yet got his labor certification. He is not from India or...
My lawyer got my 45-day letter yesterday (1/26) and immediately replied for continuation of preocessing. She says that she'll know within 6-12 months about my labor certification
FYI ....
Our lawyer informed one my colleagues today that his 45-day letter was received and replied on September 2, 2005.
His PD was August 8, 2002, Indiana SWA, never went regional. Mine (May 2002) and another colleague of mine (July 2002) are still awaiting the light at the end of this tunnel!
I so envy you guys from TX and CA. You got your labor certification even with PDs of 2003 and 2004. Like sleepless_in_Indiana, I am too sleepless, with PD of May 2002!
