Me too!!! Herez my story.... I received 2nd FP notice on 07/31/2003. My 1st FP was received by BCIS on 05/30/2002; meaning 15 months are not yet over, but still.... Anyway, I knew some people got their 2nd fp done well before their scheduled date, I took a chance and went to local BCIS office...
