you guys not even recieved any correspondance. That is really bad. Most of the times this happens because of file mis-handling. Act fast. Talk to your local senator.

last time i check, still around 30-40% not touched at all, are they all mis-handling??

Lawyer says that BCIS is understanding the Re fingerprinting headache and they may avoid doing it and might respond without asking for FP2 now.

Lawyer asked me to call BCIS and if required will go thru senator later

I really dont know what to do now.

People say calling BCIS is No use, Lawyer says nothing that we can do, but wait.

I changed my address in end of May, filed AR11 then applied for AP, which I recieved at new address in August. At time of Change of Address, i was asked to put status inquiry which i did. But never heard anything from BCIS yet.

Guys me too, FP1 on 4/10/2002, nothing so far. RD: 1/22/2002. Initiated a status query on 9/25/2003. NCSC told it would be 3-4 weeks before hearing back. Already 10 days passd by, holding tight my breathe. Anybody initiated status query on expired FP please post the outcome.
