Guys,

I suggest you all should cordinate with each other and visit senator personally as a group in NJ because most of you are in NJ. Do it guys sitting idle won't help it is an action time
 
I mailed out a letter(a request form posted earlier by some other guy from NJ) to the Senator last week, no reply yet. And sent a request to Vermont center 3 months ago, and got a standard reply saying that everything is in process, check back after 60-90 days.
Sigh....
Do you think going to the Senator's office will help, if so, let's go.

If we all go personally as a group then we will have a good chance we can talk to senator personally.


Bigger the group would be more advantage because it is election time and they don't want loose the potential voters.

Please list what ever you have done so far to see any movement on your case. As I said earlier I have initiated a status query on 9/25/2003, that would take 3-4 weeks. Hopefully that may trigger second FP. Also applied for 3rd EAD / AP, RD is 9/17/2003, ND: 9/24/2003. I think I will wait for 3 more weeks and then contact senator congressmen, I am from Western Pennsylvania.

Why don't you guys go personally to vermont office and handover your petition to service center director. In this way they will realize the importance of backlog processing.

RD 12/18/01 ND 12/31/01 Heard nothing from BCIS

FP1 6/19/02 ( expired 9/19/03)

Around 9/17/03, senators (OH) told me I should receive 2nd FP in 90 days after I made about 15 calls to them to get the inquiry form. Do not know why "90" days can be required to issue FP notice. However, I applied 2nd AP/EAD already to ease my worrywart.

The lady told me that if your case is 20 months old from RD (i am not sure of my RD , I have to get it from lawyer, but its like Dec 29 01) then she will send the status querry, And told i need to be patience:D

and FP expires after 15 months, they will send the notice
