I dont know whats happening.

ND : Dec 29 ' 01
FP : April 26 ' 02

RFE : None Yet
FP (2nd) : None Yet
 
MY RD in NOV 2001 NO AP YET

My I485 RD is 11/2001 and I haven't heard anything from INS.
No 2nd FP or RFE

I am in the process of applying for 3rd EAD!

2nd fp notice rec'vd: 07/31/2003 {15 months not yet over} :confused:
2nd FP scheduled: 09/11/2003
Went for early 2nd fp on 08/01/2003, but was refused and
asked to come on scheduled date :(

I thought I was the only one left.
But my RD is different than yours.
I guess we both are in similar situations.
Lets keep in touch with each other so that we know whats happening to our cases.

Look at Ramprak thread, it seems if you haven't received 2nd FP, very much likely BCIS forgot to send out the 2nd FP, and is waiting on it. Stupid BCIS!

We need do something.
