I have received finger print notice (2nd) yesterday. The result for the first finger print must have expired (15 mo have passed since I took my first one). What will happen next, does anybody know ?

Caviar, I would also take the second option, if I have to. At this stage moving the processing to a different center will further delay the processing to an indefinite amount of time. It will ofcourse cost a lot of money. Plane fare, car rental, hotel fare etc. I was just wondering, if it...

If someone has moved out of california to a different state but the case is still getting processed in CSC and recieves a FP notice, what would he do , where would he go ?

All approvals after Aug, 2001 have been thru RFE. I am yet to see one without. There was one case in Oakland which was'nt thru RFE. It seems issuing RFE has become more of a rule than exception now.

140_takes_4ever, All we can do is .. "hope". So, that is what I am doing. Well ... I am currently getting salary less than what is stated in the LC ... I have'nt changed company though ... my generous company has just slashed my salary with the excuse of bad economy, bad rates ... blah blah...

madman, When u went back to your current employer and explained them the situation u are in .. did they write u another employment letter with the salary u wanted them to put or did they put the salary figure of their own ? Also, the letter was dated when, was it a past date or a future date ...
