Saw a rejected case at Dallas district office a couple of months ago. The person was asking for AP based on some emergency that apparently did not convinve the officer. I don't think the person booked a ticket. Hope that helps.

TSC may not update 485EB preocesing date until July/August because now the time to process 485EB case is over 900 days. So far it has not reach 900 days yet since 11/01/00.

Most likely, you'll get another plastic EAD card from TSC that is good for 1 year from the date TSC approved the case. That was what happened to my case even though we got our iEAD from different local offices.

With the possible war coming, how soon do we expect the approval? My notice date is in Aug. 2001. No FP yet. I really would not be disappointed too much if my case gets approved during 725 to 775 days.
