BP - a FYI They ususally don\'t send your file to the consulate(Chennai) until you have filed the Packet 3. To ensure that the info. provided by NVC representative is true, try calling the NVC AVM and check the status of your case?? Let us know what it says?? Good Luck

Status Change - from NOT FOUND to "YOUR APPLICATION....." ND-01/01 Till Oct 12th it said NOT FOUND. Good Luck

ND- 01/11/01 - AVM still says case not found. Good Luck!!
