    It's difficult to keep track of any approval case on a thread... the reason being that once a person gets approval, he frequents this site infrequently and gradually fades away.

    Hope so I contacted local senator(McCain) and was told that I should hear within 2-3 weeks. This got generated in the 3rd week. So I guess the senators office did get the file to be picked. There was two options when the file was picked - either get approval or get RFE ( as 2nd FP was also done...

    In Arizona Contact McCain. The staff has been helpful. I contacted about 2 weeks back and they have called back twice. Note that I don't have an approved case yet but atleast they are pursuing and that's a good feeling.

    How much time after 2nd FP

    depends on God. There are people waiting for more than 3 mths. I am now 2+ months. When I did my fp , i used to hear 1 month. But I have not seen one single trend. So get is soon , some just keep on waiting.. and some are waiting for their 2nf FP notice so that they can do it soon...
