Folks, I think as long as we have a US PCC and a copy of the circular prohibiting local police stati Moreover, my parents have already confirmed with my local police station (Defense Colony, New Delhi) that they stopped issuing PCCs over 2 years back. The request has to go through the RPO.

also remember that OF 169 states that applicants should contact their respective consulates to ident Delhi it has been confirmed beyond reasonable doubt that US PCC alone will do for applicants currently residing in the US.
