I believe appointments are released at specific times in the day, so its worthwhile to keep trying to schedule an appointment at different times of the day

u need to make a choice whether u want to come back on h1 or AP, if u come back on AP yr h1b status will not be vaid, and u will be under I-485 pending status. for AP u just need AP really, if u come back as h1b, u will need the approval notice along with h1b stamped passport

did early FP I went to do early FP, and showed them my I-485 receipt, TSC letter, first FP notice, info pass appointement. The supervisor was nice (or did not want to understand all the paper work) and said ok, but we dont really allow that, only this time so hopefully FBI would clear my FP...

they probably responded to the inquiry after they approved it, so they updated the status with the response. the same happned with my EAD, i have it in hand but the status changed from approved to we responded for request blah blah blah pretty funny isnt it

apparantly its not approval. I received an FP notice in mail today so the journey continues!
