FP appointment Q

Does anyone know if i have a fp appointment and i can't make it on the specified date and don't let them know, if i can just show up there one week later and do it or do i have to call the immigration to set up another appointment? how does that work? :confused:

in dallas, they told me its valid for 90 days. if the office is close to you, i'd go and try for early FP. they would proably turn you around, but would tell you if you can come later.
 
Actually it is scheduled for tomorrow morning and i wanted to know if i can go later, otherwise i will try to make it.

I tried to go for an early FP in Atlanta but was turned away. The officer did mention that I could do it anytime within 90 after the scheduled date. So basically you can go anytime within 90 days of tomorrow. I would try to go at the scheduled time though. There are enough delays associated with this process, why add more :)

I tried early FP in Dallas and they said it is upto 90 days from the FP Date, when I get FP done.. So, in short yes.. You cna go after a week and get FP Done.
 
Thanks everyone. The reason i wanted to postpone was because of POJ 's post, about his injured thumb :) . I have two tiny cuts on my right thumb (paper cut?) and did not want to risk it but i decided to go anyway, let's see how it goes :D

I had the 10am appointment but got there at 9:15am and it had many people already so i only got it done by 11am, if i knew i would be going earlier. That was the orlando,fl office.
