i read the posts and it says "N/A" for processing times of I-140 at VSC ... i thought at least we have a little right to know this ... we are like waiting so much for every single day passing to get any info and when the updated version comes it says "No information" ....It makes me...

my 485 was sent around 3rd week of october and i still do not have a recieve date for it ...just waiting for any information on it ....

when did u get a receipt for u'r 485 hi : we also filed around the same dates ...When did u mail u'r 485 and when did u get a receive date on it ... Pls let me know as we sent the 485 in 3rd week of october and have not heard anything from ins since then ???

Mia and Jairam Hello ppl, if u see the posts below some ppl have posted that they got their I-140 approval recently and their notice date was between 2nd week of march and first week of april at VSC so i think u guys shud also be close ...i am also in the same boat and hence keep checking...

ppl : Can ppl pls share your experince regarding when they applied for their 485 and when did they get the recipt for it .... Thanks!

u can try calling them up or something but i think the best way to get it would be thru u'r agent only ..u need to get after his life and ask for the number as the number is the most important thing is the case ,once u have the number u can just go online also and check u'r case status ......

we are in same category as well... himcan u pls let me know when did u send out u'r 485 ,means how much time did it take for the receipt of 485 to come ???for us it has been almost 1 mnth and there are no signs of it and very shortly we need to travel outside the country ....

hi everybody : did not get more than 1 input on this , can u pls tel me whether it is ok to travel outside USA without recepit of I-485 ..what will happen when i enter US again and still i do not have receipt ..even if they do not ask me at airport won't ins at the time of deciding my case...
