EB1-OR VSC, any approval?

Any approval for EB1-OR since Feb/22/2002.

my I-140 RD is Mar/1/2002, VSC, Far beyond 180 days, still no news at all?

Since I will lose my job next month, any suggestion is appreciated!!

I kind of hesitate on either transfer to F-2, at least leagally stay.
or continue waiting the 140 approval. I am so tired waiting for that.

I am in same situation. I Receiced my EB1 I-140 ND on 03/14/2002. But witout approval I-140 I applied for I-485, EAD on sep 22. ND was 09/24.
Meantime I also Received my FP date on 11/01/2002. INS received my FP data on 11/05.
I am not sure wahts going on. If any improvement in your case ,if you don't mind Could you pl. let me know. I can get rough idea what to do.

if u see the posts below some ppl have posted that they got their
I-140 approval recently and their notice date was between 2nd week of march and first week of april at VSC so i think u guys
shud also be close ...i am also in the same boat and hence keep checking the board quite often so from my deductions VSC is
processing somewhere around teh above mentioned dates as i have seen no case apprval notice ( on the board )where ND is beyond 3rd April .Also if u can ppl can let me know when did u send in u'r 485 application and when did u recieve the recieve date and Fingerprinting notice as i have sent in the application at least a month back and still wiating for the receipt ......

Hi, All,
I am in the same boat. My I-140 OR has a ND 4/4/02 and haven't heard anything yet.
My I-485 was filed concurrently with I-140 receipt, here is the detail:
I-485/I-765/I-131
RD: 9/12/02
ND:9/22/02

I-765: AD 11/19/02
I-131: AD 11/20/02
FP: 10/18/02

I have been watching this board, it seems EB1 is the slowest in VSC. I saw 150928 and svm00 get their approvals recently(Congrats to you both), that gives us some hope.

Hope we all get approval soon!
 
Mine (EB1-OR) has a RD of Feb. 22/2002. Haven't heard anything yet. I saw an approval for an RD of March 15. So INS is indeed living up to its reputation or lack thereof.

Hi guys

I am also sailing in the same boat and somehow lost interest
in seeing the dates. All jumble around. One of the aims of INS is to get money as quickly as possible from us. That is why this
concurrent filings.
My attorney says that the six month waiting period after I-485
is filed is still unclear. There is no ruling which says that six months waiting period starts once I-140 is approved (as it never existed earlier as I-485 could be applied only after I-140 approval).

Anybody with the number starting EAC-03-006-5xxxxx?
