ins status

I am nurse passed CGFNS and TOEFL. My GC is under process they say (My agent) but they have not given me any proof for that. It is 10 months since I signed with them. People say that ins issue a number un the the acceptance of i- 140. My agent has not intimated me of any such number even after my repeated request. How do I know my ins status with out the aid of my agent.

u can try calling them up or something but i think the
best way to get it would be thru u'r agent only ..u need to get
after his life and ask for the number as the number is the most important thing is the case ,once u have the number u can just
go online also and check u'r case status ......

Why don't you try to get the number from the attorney who did the paper work to file your application
