Mine is a NON-RIR case and the State Labor got cleared from Maine in around 3 months from the date of filing. Since Aug'12 I am waiting for the Federal clearance. I have not called up the AVM for my case number or my status. All I am relying is the information that is posted in this thread...

CONGRATS GC_FEB03. Was yours a NON RIR or a RIR case? Also, where does your case go to for I-485 & I-140 ?

Gc_Maine2, Is your GC being processed as a regular case or an RIR case? In my case (Non-RIR case) I was told by my attorney that it went to Boston on 12 Aug. and I am yet to hear anything from them.
