re FYI INS has instructed in a recent memo they will not RFE i140 for Visa Screen for Applicants whose I485 cannot get adjusted because thier countrys IV is regressed ( ie India China and Phillipines) that gives a lot of time to get your visa screen done at least till mid of 06.

re thanks UN you are right as far ability to pay goes the company( Its a Staffing company) may be able to prove that since they employ around 1000-2000 people .BTW i got an RFE for my I140 last week dont know yet what they require lawyer still has to get mail.
