GC Sep2005, If you are responding to an RFE you CANNOT add membership NOW and include that in the RFE application process.All credentials/associations/publications must have been received before the date your original 140 application was received at NSC. Thought I might chime in.

Madgu-gc2005, I also got an RFE on my PP EB1A application from NSC. My dates were same as yours. In my RFE also the 10 criteria were restated, with NOTES added to two of them, stating I did not provide enough evidence to fulfill them. Did you get notes written to any of yours? Thanks

Freeman, Thanks for the feedback. I am trying to get more letters from outside as you say. I do not believe they read my letters, as I originally submitted 18 letters from top experts (11independent) from 9 countries. It is tough to top that, but we are trying.
