    i got same reply from senator office....but when contacted USCIS @ TSC IO told me my name check is pending...and when spoke to IO @ USCIS local office IO told me everything including name check is cleared and waiting for visa to be allocated.................bu******t

    let us know the detail of RFE when you get it. we could provide any valuable advice as per the RFE(EVL, marriage certificate, birth certificate, prove status for specific period of time etc...)
