Thanks Thota. Called customer service they mentioned that they have fingerprints from my last EAD (that I applied in 3/2008) and surprisingly they said that these will be sufficient. Not sure if the old ones are still valid (may be less than an Year) :-( Did anyone have a similar experience

You need to carry all the copies (two in your case). They will stamp all of them and will return all of them back to you.

Hi, I have applied for my I-140/485/131/765 EB3 concurrent about a month back (around Sep 8th). I received the I-131 receipt notice with in two weeks. Does any one know how long it is taking currently to get the I-140/485/765 receipt notices from Nebraska. Thanks.
