My staus doesn't show that they have received my 1st FP's at all. I checked with FBI and they said that the FP's were sent to VSC they same day they were taken - 11/05/04. I don't know what are they doing....

Is the phone # the same when you check the status of FP1? How long do FP2 come after FP1?

How do I find out how are my FP going? I had them on 11/05 (my first one).

ND Oct. 7, only had the first FP on 11/05, still waiting for FP #2 and plastic. I don't know what are they doing!! My lawyer told me it could take a lot because they are going back and forth in time un order to clear all the old pending cases... I wish they could work better...

Yeppo, Don't worry. As long as you have a valid EAD, I-94 doesn't matter as much, but make sure you have it.
