Oct 7, 2003 RIR My case was recieved by Chicago DOL on Oct 7, 2003 and has not been certified, with dot code of 005.xxx-xxx. Any case around that time is approved? I really worry about it, since it has been 5 months!! Seabird

Brian, My NIW RFE questioned about labor cert., too. In fact, my petition (so are others, I beleive) addressed a lot on it. It seems mine is worse (see Bad NIW RFE?), asking many details. Any idea?
